It also provides users with the opportunity to freely and informedly consent to the processing of their Personal Data, in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Data controller<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Data Controller is Bake Off Italiana s.r.l., represented by its legal representative, Via Angelo Castelbolognesi, 6, Ferrara (FE), Tax Code and VAT number 01010980389, email info@bakeoff.it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. The Personal Data subject to processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Following your navigation of the Site, we inform you that the Data Controller\/Joint Controllers will process your Personal Data, which may consist of an identifier such as your name, an identification number, an online identifier, or one or more elements specific to your physical, economic, cultural, or social identity that can identify or be identified as the data subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other Personal Data freely provided by data subjects may be processed. Any sensitive data, as per Art. 9.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, should not be processed without the data subject's explicit consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>a. Browsing data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During operation, the computer systems and procedures used to operate the Site acquire certain Personal Data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) \u200b\u200baddresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to monitor its proper functioning, identify anomalies and\/or abuse, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties: except for this eventuality, web contact data is currently not retained for more than seven days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b. Data provided voluntarily by the interested party<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may process personal and\/or contact data such as name, surname, email, and telephone number.<br>If the data subject discloses Personal Data of third parties, he or she must ensure\u2014and assume full responsibility for it\u2014that such processing is based on an appropriate legal basis pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulation, which authorizes the Data Controller\/Joint Controllers to receive such data and to process it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Purpose of the processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The data processing we intend to carry out may have the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Allow the provision of the requested Services such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sharing content on the site;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>general request for information;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>b. respond to requests for assistance or information;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. fulfill any legal, accounting and tax obligations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d. assert or defend rights in court, in the event of abuse in the use of the Site and\/or our Services or in contractual or non-contractual disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Basis of legitimacy and mandatory or optional nature of the processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal basis for processing Personal Data for the aforementioned purposes is Article 6.1.b) of the Regulation, as the processing is necessary to provide the Services or to respond to requests from the data subject. Providing Personal Data for these purposes is optional, but failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the Services provided by the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose referred to in Section 3, letter c) constitutes the processing of Personal Data carried out pursuant to Article 6.1.c) of the Regulation, to fulfill a legal obligation. Once the Personal Data has been provided, the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject. Processing for the purposes referred to in Section 3, letter d) would be carried out pursuant to Article 6.1.f) of the Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Recipients of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes set out in section 3 above, with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. entities typically acting as external data processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the Regulation, such as individuals, companies, or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to the Data Controller in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial, and debt collection matters relating to the provision of the Services; entities with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the website Services; entities delegated to perform technical maintenance of IT tools and network systems; the list of external data processors processing data can be requested from the Data Controller.<br>b. subjects, bodies or authorities, independent data controllers, to whom it is mandatory to communicate your Personal Data pursuant to provisions of law or orders of the authorities;<br>c. persons authorized by the Data Controller to process Personal Data pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulation, necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, who have undertaken to maintain confidentiality or have an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality (e.g., employees)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Data retention<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Personal Data processed will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve those purposes, in compliance with the principles of data minimization and storage limitation pursuant to Art. 5.1.e) of the Regulation. In any case, the Data Controller will process the Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further information regarding the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller\/Joint Data Controllers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Rights of interested parties<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, every data subject has the right to request, at any time, access to their Personal Data, their rectification or erasure, and restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation. They may also obtain their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation. They may withdraw their consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for Italy, the Italian Data Protection Authority) if they believe that the processing of their data violates applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may submit a request to object to the processing of your data, stating the reasons justifying your objection. In such cases, the Data Controller\/Joint Data Controller will evaluate your request and reject it only if there are overriding binding obligations that legitimize the processing and override the rights and freedoms of the data subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All requests must be addressed in writing to the Data Controller\/Joint Data Controller, using the contact details available on the Website and indicated in this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This privacy policy is subject to change if applicable legislation is amended or updated, or if there are significant changes to the type of data processed and the methods of processing. The Data Controller recommends that data subjects regularly review this policy to be aware of any changes.
